Contact Helpt is een website voor betrokkenen bij verkeersongevallen. Door middel van podcasts met ervaringen van anderen en artikelen met achtergrondinformatie worden betrokkenen aangemoedigd tot en ondersteund bij het aangaan van persoonlijk contact met andere bij het verkeersongeval betrokkenen. De site laat zien dat contact helpt en biedt praktische informatie om betrokkenen op weg te helpen. Betrokken kunnen kiezen voor onbemiddeld contact door zelf rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met de andere partij, maar ook voor bemiddeld contact door hulp te vragen aan Perspectief Herstelbemiddeling. Contact Helpt is geinspireerd door het gedachtegoed van het Herstelrecht, of in het Engels: Restorative Justice. Contact Helpt is gemaakt door de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam en Moondocs in samenwerking met Perspectief Herstelbemiddeling. Het project kwam tot stand met steun van Stichting Achmea Slachtoffer & Samenleving en van het Platform Personenschade van het Verbond van Verzekeraars.
