Abstract
Este ensayo analiza las viñetas satíricas de OPS, alias de Andrés Rábago, actualmente conocido como El Roto, publicadas durante la Transición española. El ejercicio intelectual que suponen, su profundidad y capacidad interpretativa, las convierten en una herramienta privilegiada para adentrarse en la cultura transicional. Propongo que su falta de palabras las aísla, reforzando su invitación a la reflexión; su violencia hace visible la violencia subjetiva del régimen franquista; y su distopía trata de universalizarlas, subrayando su mensaje. Así, pretendo explorar nuevas vías para reflejar los relatos disidentes de la Transición mediante un artista que documenta el trauma latente tras el relato oficial.
