L’éducation aux droits humains (EDH) a été mise en oeuvre par des organisations internationales pour donner aux individus les moyens de s’approprier leurs propres droits. Cependant, il semblerait que l’EDH, telle qu’elle est institutionnalisée, manque d’effectivité. Une évaluation du cadre épistémologique promu par les institutions internationales nous permet de proposer une réflexion pour la mise en oeuvre d’une EDH critique, qui pourrait s’avérer émancipatrice. Ainsi, notre objectif est de présenter des modalités pédagogiques plus concrètes d’éducation critique aux droits humains par le biais de la philosophie pour les enfants. Il s’agira d’observer comment cette pratique peut mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles postures épistémologiques dans le cadre d’une pratique pédagogique dédiée à l’EDH, tout en présentant une mise en oeuvre expérientielle de certains droits humains, répondant ainsi aux besoins éthiques de l’EDH.
