Si un consensus se forme autour des valeurs inherentes a l’inclusion scolaire et a la differenciation pedagogique, il semble qu’il soit plus difficile de les actualiser. D’aucuns preconisent alors d’offrir de la formation. Cet article vise a comprendre en quoi le travail en communaute d’apprentissage professionnelle constitue une approche de developpement professionnel pour les enseignantes et enseignants desireux de participer a l’inclusion et la differenciation. L’article fait etat d’une recherche menee dans une ecole primaire du Quebec sur une periode de quatre annees. Les resultats montrent que la CAP participe au developpement professionnel axe sur des pratiques d’inclusion et de differenciation en donnant lieu a une regulation de l’enseignement pour repondre aux besoins de tous les eleves.
