The following is an edited transcription of the keynote presentation at the SSHRC-funded conferenceOn the Margins of Trans Legal Change.This public conference was hosted by McGill University’s Faculty of Law and Institute for Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies, in partnership with Thompson Rivers University’s Faculty of Law. The keynote presentation was a conversation between Dr. Viviane Namaste and Dalia Tourki, where they asked each other questions.
