Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This research and writing discusses matters related to the Effectiveness of the Child Protection Program at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Subang Regency, seen from the theory according to Budiani (2007: 53), namely program targeting accuracy, program socialization, program objectives. , and program monitoring. It can be said that the Child Protection Program in Subang District has not been effective, this can be seen from the theoretical indicators used, namely indicators of program socialization and program objectives. Meanwhile, indicators of program targeting accuracy and program monitoring have been running well. Indicators of program socialization are very important in order to disseminate information related to child protection programs, which target not only government agencies but also children in particular and society in general. The socialization of this child protection program has not been effective due to limited budgets and human resources. Meanwhile, the program objective indicators have not been effective because of the lack of socialization, so that many people do not know what the objectives of child protection programs are.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
