A pesar de que el Código Civil y Comercial se gestó bajo la premisa de no modificar estatutos especiales de derecho privado, un rápido recorrido por sus nor-mas da cuenta de una gran cantidad de disposiciones que inciden, entre otras, en la ley concursal. En particular nos avocamos al análisis de las modificacionessobre quiebra como causal extintiva de los contratos. Se pasa revista a las previsiones específicas y sus asimetrías con respecto a la legislación específica. A su vez se individualizan algunas otras manifestaciones de replanteo en las reglas de tratamiento de la insolvencia contenidas en la normativa común.
