Abstract
Ayant comme assise le pragmatisme spéculatif d’Alfred North Whitehead, le présent article propose de comprendre la culture organisationnelle en tant que processus. Pour ce faire, il traverse deux différents niveaux de l’expérience. Le premier est celui de la dimension de « l’entité actuelle ». Il consiste en une échelle microscopique en deçà de la perception. Le deuxième est macroscopique : celui de la société. Une socialité de l’affect est ainsi esquissée de sorte à concevoir un champ social et un champ culturel conjointement actifs dans tout évènement.
