Abstract
Résumé Cette étude explore le lien entre la perception de justice distributive, procédurale, interactionnelle et la satisfaction des travailleurs au Niger. Pour atteindre ce but, un questionnaire a été administré à un échantillon de 125 travailleurs de la ville de Niamey du secteur public, associatif et privé. Les résultats obtenus mettent en évidence un lien corrélationnel positif et significatif entre la satisfaction des travailleurs et les différentes dimensions de la justice organisationnelle. Par ailleurs, un effet de la justice interactionnelle sur la satisfaction des travailleurs ainsi que des effets tendanciels de la justice procédurale et de la justice distributive sur la satisfaction des agents permettent de considérer, avec la littérature sur la question, que les résultats de la présente étude contribuent à l’explication que la satisfaction des travailleurs peut dépendre de l’appréciation positive qu’ils auront de la justice organisationnelle.
