Ce texte traite de l’évolution de la pratique d’intervention de la sociopsychanalyse. Il présente d’abord une première période (1970-1980), celle de la « classe institutionnelle », que la sp a appelé le volet 1, en essayant de montrer sur quoi cette pratique s’appuyait aux plans théorique et historique. Le passage au volet 2, à partir du début des années 1980, se traduira par une intervention sur l’ensemble de l’institution : elle fera l’objet de la deuxième partie de cet article où seront décrits le dispositif institutionnel adopté depuis lors et les présupposés théoriques nouveaux ayant conduit à cette évolution. La troisième et dernière partie de ce texte donnera des indications sur les évolutions actuelles en prenant appui sur les interventions récentes.
