Pour une troisième année, la Société littéraire a été sollicitée pour produire à Laval un Rendez-vous de la Francophonie.En 2016, elle avait réalisé la vidéo d'une entrevue avec Raymond Cloutier, mise en ligne à la Fabrique culturelle de Télé-Québec (cf.ENTREVOUS 01).En 2017, elle avait créé un évènement festif : Le Banquet de la Francophonie, avec la participation de quinze auteurs de la francophonie et de six éditeurs (cf.ENTREVOUS 04).En 2018, la Société littéraire a conclu un partenariat avec la Société de musique contemporaine du Québec, pour rendre hommage au compositeur québécois d'origine espagnole José Evangelista.Après le concert, la Société littéraire a lancé Le bouquineur novice, un programme littéraire de francisation destiné aux nouveaux arrivants et aux faibles lecteurs adultes.Ce Rendez-vous de la Francophonie avait débuté avec un gouter du temps des sucres.
