El presente trabajo tiene como objeto analizar la nueva configuracion de las competencias compartidas que se ha establecido en el Estatuto de Autonomia de Cataluna ( articulo 111) y los problemas juridicos que se pueden derivar de la aplicacion de esta nueva forma de entender la potestad de emanar tanto las leyes basicas como las de desarrollo. El estudio se plantea las siguientes cuestiones: -como se ejercera la nueva competencia de desarrollo legislativo por parte de la Comunidad Autonoma en un ordenamiento estatal ya consolidado. -como debe plantearse el ejercicio de la nueva competencia autonomica desde una perspectiva temporal. -como vincula la nueva competencia autonomica al legislador estatal. -que conflictos pueden plantearse y forma de resolverlos.
