Formation et profession 28(4 hors-srie), 2020 sum Pour maintenir l'attention des apprenants dans une classe virtuelle, la dynamique de groupe est une composante essentielle. Cet article rend compte de deux expriences pdagogiques distance durant la crise pandmique de 2020 : une transposition distance d'un cours ayant dmarr en prsentiel avec un groupe se connaissant dj et la conception d'un module indit pour la distance. Dans ces deux contextes, la russite des interactions en ligne et la bonne cohsion groupale ont pu se faire grce 3 techniques pdagogiques issues de la dynamique de groupe : faire connaissance, maintenir l' esprit du groupe et participer/collaborer en groupe.
