Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı hem kadın hem de erkek örneklemlerinde bazı sosyo-demografik özelliklerle birlikte, bağlanma, aleksitimi ve psikolojik belirtilerin yordayıcı etkisi olup olmadığını incelemektir. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu, yaşları 18’den büyük 24494 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Sosyo-demografik Bilgi Formu, Yakın İlişkiler Yaşantı Formu II, Kısa Semptom Envanteri, Toronto Aleksitimi Ölçeği, Kişisel İyi Oluş İndeksi Yetişkin Formu kullanılmıştır. Erkek örnekleminde, duyguları tanımadaki güçlüğün, kaçınmacı bağlanmanın, depresyon düzeyinin, olumsuz benlik düzeyinin, alkol kullanım miktarının ve yaşın öznel iyi oluş düzeyini düşürdüğü; kadın örnekleminde de, duyguları tanıma güçlüğünün, kaçınmacı bağlanmanın, anksiyetenin, depresyonun, olumsuz benliğin, somatizasyonun, eğitim düzeyinin, sigara kullanımının, alkol kullanımının ve yaşın öznel iyi oluşu düşürdüğü belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre, aleksitiminin, bağlanma stillerinin ve psikolojik semptomların öznel iyi oluşu yordamada etkili faktörler olduğu ifade edilebilir.
