Abstract
This investigation focuses on: The teacher’s development when teaching and learning Mathematics, particularly those professionals graduated from the Faculty of Educational Sciences and who currently work in the educational centers of the Mananitas corregimiento. Study of great interest for education, since it is a subject in which students present a high level of difficulty, and being the teacher a factor of change in those training processes, that is why it is required to be incorporated pertinent adjustments in the formation of this professional. The failures in mathematics, mainly of the primary level of our educational system. The figures show that 27 thousand 457, in the year of 2010; 22 thousand 975, in 2011, and 19 thousand, in 2012. In other results consulted between 2013 to 2016. It is highlighted that the figures continue to show important deficiencies and have not yet been overcome. After this deep analyses the different difficulties that affect the Mathematics learning in the fifth and sixth grade students of the following Educational Centers such as: Reino de los Paises Bajos de Holanda, Ciudad Jardin Las Mananitas, Republica de El Salvador, and Genesis located in the corregimiento of Mananitas, during the school period of the II and III quarter of 2016, I recommend a program of updating and training for teachers in the schools mentioned, developing mathematical content where students have greater difficulty and also or teachers to improve their methods while they are teaching. This trainings will help in the future to overcome those things that actually the schools do not have. Teachers must be updated in the different mathematical contents as well as in didactic strategies that catch the interest of students in the learning and application of mathematics, strengthening the development of their educational work with mastery and creativity. Because that is one of the main points involve students with interesting activities in order for them to want more knowledge. Given in Panama City the second and third quarter of 2016.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
