Abstract
Cet article analyse la structuration d’un écosystème d’innovation territorial (Niort Tech) ainsi que ses influences individuelles, inter-organisationnelles et institutionnelles. Nous proposons une grille d’analyse de cet écosystème basée sur une approche en Géographie Economique Evolutionniste (via les proximités), complétée des apports théoriques sur l’Entrepreneuriat Institutionnel. Nous identifions une diversité d’influence des proximités sur cet écosystème. Ce dernier se construit principalement à travers une « coopétition » entre assureurs mutualistes et dépend essentiellement de leurs ressources. A ce stade, il semble s’inscrire dans une dépendance de sentier assurantiel et mutualiste, sans véritable réflexion sur l’existence même du secteur dans le futur.
