Abstract
Notre article met en avant l’apport des techniques projectives (Rorschach et tat ) à la compréhension de symptômes adolescents mettant en jeu des configurations familiales prises au piège de la répétition traumatique de l’inceste. La médiation projective permet une « trouée dans la carapace défensive » du sujet mettant ainsi en lumière des mouvements libidinaux et des investissements psychiques singuliers. Les différentes rencontres cliniques avec Aurélie, adolescente hospitalisée, soulignent un investissement des enveloppes marqué, une difficulté certaine à pouvoir exprimer des affects authentiques, une tentative de réanimer le psychisme via le passage à l’acte et au corporel ainsi qu’une certaine confusion des identités victimes de l’inceste.
