In this paper, we discuss a real-life application for a low-power and low-cost self-driving car on a 1/10 scale platform. We present algorithms developed to achieve driving autonomy on a Low Power Single Board Computer using an ARM-based processor in a controlled environment. The authors provide insight on the usability of this technology for gait and performance running analyses. We perform walking and running analyses on an indoor athletic track over an autonomous follow-cam configuration.
