Abstract
Usaha mempercepat keberhasilan penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) disamping faktor akses dan pelayanan, peran serta lintas sektor khususnya yang terkait dengan upaya kesehatan ibu adalah meningkatkan kemitraan lintas sektor yang dituangkan dalam suatu kegiatan pendampingan ibu hamil resiko tinggi oleh kader yang dilaksanakan di kabupaten Malang yang dikenal dengan program GEBRAK (Gerakan Amankan Kehamilan dan Persalinan). Di Desa Ternyang tercatat periode Januari – Maret 2019 terdapat 78 ibu hamil dengan kehamilan resiko tinggi (KRT) dan 9 ibu hamil dengan kehamilan resiko sangat tinggi (KRST). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terbentuk Kader Pendamping Ibu Hamil Resiko Tinggi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumberpucung. Luaran pada kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya kader pendamping ibu hamil resiko tinggi, adanya kegiatan rutin kader pendamping ibu hamil resiko tinggi, pencatatan dan pelaporan adanya ibu hamil beresiko tinggi dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik, adanya upaya preventif dan promotif dalam rangka meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak, pengadaan media sarana dan prasarana modul/panduan dan leaflet kehamilan resiko tinggi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilalukan selama 2 bulan (Juni-Juli 2019) dengan mencapai hasil terbentuknya keder pendamping ibu hamil resiko tinggi sebanyak 12 kader dari 6 pos posyandu dan terlaksananya pelatihan kader oleh tim pengabdi.
