Abstract

Cet article propose un arrimage entre différentes visions du groupe et des réunions, et des visées des interventions d’animation de réunions. Il répond à la problématique du manque d’intégration entre les études scientifiques et les publications de « savoir-faire ». Après avoir montré l’importance des groupes et des réunions dans les milieux organisés et présenté les convergences, il pose la réunion comme le passage obligé de l’intervention en milieu organisé et les interventions spécifiques à l’animation de ces réunions comme des micro-interventions de base. Il propose une articulation théorique qui permet l’identification de « champs d’intervention » se situant à la jonction d’une modélisation complexe du groupe et des réunions et d’une modélisation plus simple et prescriptive axée sur l’intervention. Cette articulation contribue à une meilleure intégration entre théories et pratiques, et ouvre de nouvelles pistes de recherche tant pour vérifier les arrimages proposés par le modèle que pour combler les manques éventuels dans les pratiques habituelles et favoriser l’émergence de nouvelles manières d’envisager la formation et le développement professionnel en animation.
