Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article describes the works of the Ukrainian humanities of the second half of the 20th – the beginning of the 21 century, in which the emphasis on analysis of the historical and ethnographic works of S. Kovaliv was made directly or indirectly. In the course of the study, a succinct biography by S. Kovaliv was presented. On the basis of an analysis of the works of Ukrainian researchers in the defined period, it was found that S. Kovaliv is the author of a number of regional studies, several special historical, ethnographic and folklore works. On their basis, S. Kovalіv demonstrates the peculiarities of a complex socio-economic situation in the western Ukrainian lands in the last quarter of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In the course of the study, it became apparent that I. Franko took a direct part in encouraging S. Kovalіv to in-depth study of the social processes that existed in his native land. In addition, it is emphasized that the Ukrainian researchers of life and the many-sided legacy of S. Kovaliv approve of his works, believing that they attract in the first place the richness of living observations and the brightness of the descriptions, which in turn makes it possible to truly see the socio-economic the situation of the population of Eastern Galicia, as the author himself saw. It is also determined that a further promising direction should be a comprehensive analysis of the works of contemporary intellectuals S. Kovalіva, who reflected on his multigenre literary activity.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
