A UTILIZAÇÃO DE PODCASTS PARA A CONSCIENTIZAÇÃO SOBRE VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A PESSOA IDOSA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Abstract
A violência contra a pessoa idosa constitui fenômeno complexo, multifatorial, provoca impacto na saúde física e psíquica. Assim, faz-se necessário ser compreendida em seu contexto social, antropológico e epidemiológico. Este relato de experiência tem como objetivo descrever a utilização de podcasts como ferramenta para a divulgação de informações a respeito da violência contra a pessoa idosa. Trata-se de uma ação realizada pelo Projeto de Extensão GerAções que produziu uma série de quatro podcasts com seguintes temas: “Violência contra a pessoa idosa e a atuação dos profissionais de saúde”; “A experiência da delegacia civil e da promotoria na condução de casos de violência contra a pessoa idosa”; “Características dos casos de violência contra a pessoa idosa do município de Alfenas”; e “Violência contra a pessoa idosa na percepção de um idoso”. Os podcasts foram hospedados na plataforma Anchor e divulgados nas mídias sociais. Postagens complementares sobre a temática e interações com os seguidores por meio de enquetes pertinentes ao tema também foram realizadas. Observou-se uma receptividade e participação satisfatória dos seguidores com a temática por meio das respostas obtidas em um quiz interativo e como interação por meio das mídias sociais. Conclui-se que as ações educativas por meio de ferramentas digitais foram de extrema importância para a construção de uma consciência maior a respeito de uma temática tão relevante. Além de criar um conteúdo para promoção da saúde, através de um trabalho colaborativo e interprofissional, ações que possam ajudar a comunidade no enfrentamento dos desafios e manutenção da saúde dos idosos.
