Abstract
Pre eklampsia adalah gejala yang timbul pada ibu hamil, pre eklampsia perlu untuk diwaspadai adanya komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi bisa mengalami kejang (eklampsia), penurunan perfusi uteroplasenta atau penurunan aliran darah ke ari-ari. Di Jawa Timur kasus preeklampsia/eklampsia 36,29%,. Namun hal ini kejadian preeklampsia dapat dikurangi dengan cara deteksi dini apabila ibu hamil rutin melakukan kunjungan ke tenaga kesehatan terlatih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan Faktor Usia dan Konsumsi Minuman Berkafein (Kopi dan Teh) dengan Kejadian Pre Eklampsia pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 213 ibu hamil dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 30 ibu hamil. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan regresi yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu variabel Faktor Usia (X1) mempunyai nilai thitung sebesar 8,483 > ttabel 0,05 (2,045) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Faktor Usia (X1) dengan kejadian pre eklampsia (Y). Variabel Konsumsi Minuman Berkafein (Kopi dan Teh) (X2) mempunyai nilai thitung sebesar 3,464 > ttabel 0,05 (2.045) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Konsumsi Minuman Berkafein (Kopi dan Teh) (X2) dengan kejadian pre eklampsia (Y). Nilai Fhitung sebesar 44,301 > Ftabel 0,05 (3,35) artinya adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Faktor Usia (X1) dan Konsumsi Minuman Berkafein (Kopi dan Teh) (X2) dengan kejadian pre eklampsia (Y). Nilai R Square dari variabel X1 dan X2 yaitu sebesar 0,766 yang artinya faktor usia (X1) dan konsumsi minuman berkafein (kopi dan teh) (X2) ada pengaruh terhadap kejadian pre eklampsia sebesar 76,6% sedangkan 23,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
