Abstract

Neste artigo destacar-se algumas das caracteristicas do trabalho docente no sistema neoliberal no contexto paradigmatico caracterizado como “modernidade liquida”. A abordagem e qualitativa e se embasada em Bauman, Dowbor,  Dardot e Laval alem de trechos da obra de Marx e Engels. Para alem, busca-se no livro Pedagogia da Autonomia de Paulo Freire, uma referencia para o trabalho de educadores progressistas visando a compreensao das contradicoes e a transformacao da realidade. Conclui-se que os obstaculos a emancipacao do ser humano nao se dao, na maioria das vezes, de maneira aparente; a opressao e a alienacao se realizam na racionalidade neoliberal. Neste contexto, a sociedade de classes se perpetua sustentada pela narrativa da liberdade democratica, mas sob o controle do mercado neoliberal. Assim, a educacao e o educador tem um lugar proeminente, potencializar a insatisfacao dos individuos, estimular a reflexao critica e reinventar a utopia por meio de uma pedagogia libertadora.
