French Abstract: Abstrait francais: Dans «Approche territoriale integree versus lutte a la pauvrete ?», un article publie dans la Revue vie economique3, Jean-Francois Aubin se demande pourquoi certaines organisations, qui luttent contre la pauvrete, « se sont lancees dans une charge a fond de train contre l’Approche territoriale integree (ATI). » Il a ainsi souhaite ouvrir un debat. Cet article repond a son appel. Debattons! English Abstract: This article, published in the Revue vie economique, is a response to a previous article by Jean-Francois Aubin who wondered why certain anti-poverty groups are resolutely opposed to the partenarial Approche territoriale integree. M. Aubin wanted a debate - this article responds to his appeal.
