Abstract
A partir d'une réflexion préliminaire autour de la mimêsis aristotélicienne, commentée principalement par le philosophe Paul Ricoeur, nous nous intéressons à la représentation de la ville dans Watch Dogs et la place que se donne le héros, en tant que force autoritaire instituant son changement. Nous reprenons la définition de mise en intrigue, le mythos d'Aristote, afin élargissant son champ de réflexion à ce que nous appelons une mise en intrigue de l'objet, en tant que récepteur et créateur des actions des personnages. Cette configuration par les lieux participe de signifier autrement afin de dégager le sens de l'oeuvre. 
 En reconfigurant (mimêsis) ville et héros, Ubisoft en présente une matière apparente et des vérités métaphoriques qui doivent permettre de réinterroger notre réel et de rédéfinir, ainsi, la place même de la poésie.
