Abstract
The situation of all industries and unions from the second quarter of 2020 has not been easy and has represented countless challenges for the country's productivity. In this work it has been decided to study the conditions in which the market for products and services related to yoga and mindfulness is found. All information collected here has been used systematically in order to provide timely information to the reader. As the main tool, a survey provided by the tutors has been used in which more than 9,000 people with different personal, demographic and social characteristics were surveyed. With this valuable information, a database analysis work was carried out with which high impact conclusions for the sector were reached and, together with a robust investigative work, everything mentioned below was compiled.
