Abstract
برگهای جنگل سرشار از زندگی باکتریایی هستند، اما فیلوسفر (phyllosphere) که بیانگر زیستگاه میکروارگانیسمهای حاضر در شاخوبرگهای درختان است، همچنان پر رمز و راز باقی مانده است. چگونه باکتریها از درختی به درخت دیگر منتقل میشوند؟ آیا انواع خاصی از باکتریها فقط روی انواع خاصی از درختان زندگی میکنند؟ مقاله جدیدی که در مجله (Ecological Monographs) (انجمن محیطزیست آمریکا) منتشر شد به برخی از این پرسشها میپردازد. یافتهها نشان میدهد میکروبیومهای برگ درختان افرای قندی (sugar maple trees) با نام علمی Acer saccharum در میان سایر گونهها، بسیار متنوع هستند و متناسب با انواع درختان موجود در همسایگیشان، تغییر میکنند.
