Ozone is very unstable gas settled in higher layers of the atmosphere - stratosphere, which originate in various reactions of the oxygen, under influence of UV rays, combining atom and molecule of the oxygen. This is good and it acts as a molecular shield , filter for dangerous wave-lengths of sun rays. On the contrary, in lower layers of the atmosphere is settled ozone, gas that is produced in reactions of air pollutants and UV rays. It is very dangerous for live creatures and different matters. Depleting of ozone layer is established in 1970. CFCs are substances that destroy ozone in the stratosphere, and result is higher intensity of UVB rays in sun spectrum. Since this changes have very bad consequences both on the peoples health and environment, there were a various international protocols for restriction of use substances which destroy ozone layer, with a signature of our country. In the year 2003., it was accepted National program for eliminating CFCs in all sectors, and obtained international financial support.
