Abstract
Dveloppement de l'accompagnement des enseignants universitaires l're du Web 2.0 : retours d'expriences des rfrents numriques Formation et profession 28(4 hors-srie), 2020 sum Dans cet article, nous prsentons les rsultats d'une enqute lie la fonction d'accompagnement des enseignants universitaires l' re du Web 2.0 par les rfrents numriques. Cette tude, mene dans le cadre de l'Observatoire de la Transformation Pdagogique par le numrique (OTPn), repose sur la thorie dveloppementale de Vygotski. L' tude rend compte de rsultats d' entretiens raliss la fin de la priode de confinement. Elle dfinit la fonction d'accompagnant autour de trois hypothses : l'accompagnement s' oriente autour d' objectifs, il s' effectue au sein d'une communaut d'apprentissage en rseau et constitue un moyen de dvelopper l'autonomie de chacun des accompagns.
