« Les technologies de l’information et des communications et la gestion des patrimoines immobiliers educatifs » etait le theme d’un seminaire international du PEB qui s’est tenu a Montreal, au Canada, du 31 octobre au 3 novembre 2004. Le but de ce seminaire etait d’examiner la question de l’integration des technologies de l’information et des communications (TIC) a la gestion des patrimoines immobiliers educatifs en se demandant comment ces dernieres sont susceptibles d’ameliorer d’une part la fonctionnalite des espaces voues a ces apprentissages, d’autre part leur confort dans un contexte de developpement durable ainsi que la securite et la protection des installations et enfin l’optimisation de la gestion technique et administrative que l’on en fait. Les participants ont eu l’opportunite de faire le constat des theories enoncees lors du seminaire tout en visitant des institutions innovantes dans chacun des domaines a Montreal et en banlieue.
