Abstract
phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate (PIP 2 ), and cholesterol The clinical relevance of EGFR nanocluster formation is supported by observations indicating that the number and size of EGFR nanoclusters is increased in epithelial cancers (23), providing rationale for the targeted disruption of EGFR nanocluster formation as a novel therapy. Thus, the development of membrane therapy could provide a complementary tool against EGFR-driven cancer.
