Abstract
L’expérience des risques du travail ouvrier dans l’usine de traitement des combustibles nucléaires de La Hague, l’une des principales installations nucléaires en France, se constitue comme problème public dans les années 1970. Un des moments forts en est la réalisation clandestine du film Condamnés à réussir qui précipite la formation d’un public élargi autour des risques de cette industrie, dans un moment de compétition accrue pour la propriété du problème nucléaire. En renforçant la conscience des intérêts communs de ceux qui travaillent dans ce secteur et leur sentiment de responsabilité à l’égard de la population, en exprimant cette expérience collective dans une oeuvre diffusée hors de La Hague auprès de divers auditoires, ce document a contribué, par le recours à un mélange d’enquête et de reconstitution fictionnelle, à dramatiser autrement le problème public de la production nucléaire.
