Abstract
Dans l’espace nordique et arctique, la question régionale semble susciter un nouvel intérêt dans l’évaluation des enjeux de développement et de gouvernance. L’analyse des processus régionaux et de leurs relations à la globalisation engage une nouvelle lecture des transitions arctiques. En particulier, des dynamiques d'intégration régionale interrogent une grande variété de formes de projets politiques issues de négociations ou de revendications. Dans les ensembles régionaux institutionnels comme dans le Territoire du Nunavut ou le Groenland, dans des projets originaux de revendications sur une autonomie de gestion comme au Nunavik, ou à l'échelle locale, dans de nombreux processus d'empowerment, les Grands Nords constituent des espaces de créations de valeur régionale.
