Abstract
Les restructurations constituent des processus complexes au cours desquels les projets des directions d'entreprise se trouvent discutes et, parfois, mis en cause par les representants du personnel. Ainsi, les restructurations ne se reduisent pas au discours managerial sur le caractere ineluctable de l'adaptation de l'entreprise, mais suppose l'existence de du instituant une representation des salaries et des procedures de consultation. Ces regles du jeu sont la base d'une dynamique plus generale impliquant les salaries, les experts economiques, la justice dans des formes de mobilisation variees. L'ouvrage explore les restructurations dans une perspective a la fois historique et international (au niveau europeen et avec une dimension comparative, Royaume-Uni, Canada)
