Abstrak Peneltian ini dilatar belakangi adanya kebutuhan media yang dapat membantu anak usia dini dalam memahami Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dengan benar di TKIT Sabilul Huda Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan puzzle book sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membentuk PHBS pada anak 5-6 tahun, serta mengetahui kelayakan puzzle book sebagai media pembelajaran PHBS. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) mengacu model Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif Pengembangan dilakukan dengan 6 tahap yaitu 1) pengumpulan informasi awal, 2) perencanaan dan pengembangan produk, 3) validasi produk , 4) Perbaikan produk, 5) uji coba pemakaian terbatas dan 6) hasil akhir produk. Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dinyatakan bahwa puzzle book dapat diuji cobakan secara terbatas di lapangan. Berdasarkan penilaian yang diperoleh melalui tiga tahap validasi dari ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 82,5% dengan memperoleh kriteria “layak”. Kemudian hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan hasil persentase sebesar 92,5% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori “layak”. media puzzle book layak digunakan untuk membentuk Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat pada anak usia dini. This has an impact on bad habits of children. This study aims to develop puzzle book media as one of the learning media to shape clean and healthy life behavior in young children, as well as to determine the feasibility of puzzle book media as a learning media for clean and healthy living. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development) is a type of development adapted from Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study is a quantitative description. Development is carried out in 6 stages: 1) gathering initial information, 2) product planning and development 3) product validation, 4) product improvement, 5) limited use trials and 6) Final product results. Based on the assessment obtained through three stages of validation from media experts, a percentage of 82.5% was obtained by obtaining the appropriate criteria. Then the results of the material expert validation get a percentage of 92.5% and fall into the feasible category. puzzle book media is suitable to be used to form a Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in early childhood.
