Abstract
Penelitian tentang pengaruh komitmen afektif, kognitif dan normative terhadap kinerja polisi pada polres Serui. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinue dan komitmen normatif secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Polisi Pada Polres Serui. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruhkomitmen afektif, komitmen kontinue dan komitmen normatif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Polisi Pada Polres Serui. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Variabel manakah yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Polisi Pada Polres Serui. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode atau pendekatan kausalitas, metode yang digunakan adalah field research atau studi lapangan, yaitu penelitian secara langsung dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yang dianggap memenuhi syarat dan dapat memberi informasi yang cukup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanayak 53 dengan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari paket software statistik AMOS akan digunakan dalam model dan pengujian hipotesis. Temuan membuktikan bahwa, 1 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen afektif, komitmen kognitif dan komitmen normatifsecara parsial berpengaruhterhadap kinerja polisi pada Polres Serui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen afektif, komitmen kognitif,dan komitmen normatif secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja polisi pada Polres Serui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel komitmen kognitif berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja polisi pada Polres Serui. Kata Kunci: Komitmen afektif, kognitif, normative dan kinerja.
