Abstract
L'objectif est de dterminer les dfis et les apprentissages des formateurs d'enseignants en ducation physique pendant la COVID-19. Un groupe de discussion constitu de six formateurs (d'universits prives) a cern les dfis suivants : l'adaptation une nouvelle forme d'enseignement et l'utilisation des technologies; les demandes institutionnelles; la motivation des tudiants dans un environnement virtuel; la comprhension de leurs dfis. Parmi les apprentissages ont t mentionns : l'exprimentation de nouvelles technologies et mthodologies; le dveloppement de nouvelles relations avec les tudiants; une collaboration majeure avec les collgues, le transfert de savoirs. Finalement, la pandmie aurait acclr le dveloppement professionnel des formateurs et l'usage des technologies.
