Abstract
in this work, we analyze the recent transformation suffered in the Dominican political and electoral system, with respect to the vote from abroad. We focus in the case of the elections of the deputies of overseas of 2012, corresponding to three constituencies: 1) Canada and States United; 2) Caribbean, Latin America and Miami; and the corresponding; 3) To Europe. In the electoral competition were chosen to seven deputies of overseas. In this study, using qualitative analysis, it was obtained from interviews of political analysts electoral with presence in the media of the country. We present their views about the new transformation that it has implemented the Dominican electoral system with the integration of the new representative form.
