Adopter une perspective internationale sur la question permet de mettre en évidence les lacunes des modèles d’enseignement de l’économie. Outre certaines caractéristiques intrinsèques, comme la focalisation sur les mathématiques au détriment des idées, on note aussi une série d’angles morts dans ces enseignements, comme le fait que les programmes ne forment pas que des chercheurs en économie. Cet article propose quelques pistes, tirées de l’expérience de l’auteur, pour combler ces lacunes.
