Abstract
Le contexte de pratique des travailleuses sociales au sein des institutions du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux au Québec génère de plus en plus de souffrance psychique. Cette souffrance découle de multiples causes : modes de gestion, changements organisationnels et structuraux, perte de sens, conflits de valeurs déontologiques, identité professionnelle, appartenance aux professions du care, etc. L’absentéisme au travail est en croissance chez ces professionnelles. Comment les travailleuses sociales peuvent-elles s’approprier un pouvoir d’agir et se solidariser pour créer un espace de contestation des normes en place afin de surmonter les obstacles et les défis actuels de la pratique ?
