Abstract
Une révolution culturelle de l’école ne suffira pas, et personne ne voit d’où elle pourrait partir. Réinventer les structures du monde scolaire nécessite de faire sauter la chape de certains compromis historiques, ce que les détenteurs du pouvoir tendent à voir comme contraire à leurs intérêts, de facto devenus des rentes de situation. Sans projet clair, il ne peut sortir d’améliorations d’une remise à plat de tous les outils, chaque année plus nombreux, qui instrumentent la gestion et la régulation du système scolaire et des établissements, allant de la tuyauterie des instances de concertation à l’ingénierie des indicateurs sans oublier l’inflation des procédures. Et une entrée par les projets locaux et l’innovation portée par des praticiens réflexifs ne contrebalancera pas le poids des structures et l’asphyxie par les instruments. Mais qui a déjà tenté d’emprunter de façon coordonnée ces chemins multiples ? Qui a déjà cherché à décoder, débloquer et réinventer leurs interdépendances ?
