Abstract
La didactique professionnelle a fait de l’analyse du travail un instrument pour la conception et la réalisation de dispositifs de formation visant le développement de compétences professionnelles. Toutefois, le chantier de la formation des formateurs à la didactique professionnelle est en cours et pose encore des questions, aussi bien pour la formation des formateurs et des enseignants de l’enseignement professionnel que pour la didactique professionnelle elle-même, en interrogeant fondamentalement sa place dans le champ de l’enseignement professionnel. Notre intention pour cet article est d’apporter des éléments de réponse à la question : pourquoi et comment former les formateurs du milieu scolaire à l’analyse du travail en didactique professionnelle ?
