HUBUNGAN PREEKLAMPSIA/EKLAMPSIA DENGANKEJADIAN ASFIKSIA BAYI BARU LAHIRDI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM KLATEN
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Background: Preeclampsia is a condition of hypertension accompanied by proteinuria, edema, or both that occurs due to pregnancy after week 20 or sometimes arises earlier when there is a wide hidatiformis at villi khorialis. The risk of neonatal asphyxia is known in many cases of preeclampsia; it is necessary to know how much risk of preeclampsia on the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Objective: To determine the relationship of preeclampsia and other factors influencing the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Methods: This was an observational study carried out with the design of case-control (case-control study). The samples in this study were all newborns in the maternity room of Islamic Hospital of Klaten from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2010. The case group was newborns with asphyxia at the age of 34-42 weeks’ gestation. The control group was normal newborn infants with gestational age of 34-42 weeks. The univariable data analysis was with the frequency distribution on the characteristics of each variable, namely bivariate using X 2 test (chi square) and the multivariable analysis with logistic regression to determine the value of OR and 95% CI of risks of delivering asphyxia babies in the case of pregnant women with preeclampsia. Results: The case of preeclampsia in pregnant women had a significant relationship with the incidence of neonatal asphyxia (OR: 2.20, 95% CI = 1.10 to 4.41). Parity and ANC visits had a significant relationship with the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Age of the mother during pregnancy and maternal education had no significant relationship with the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion: The case of preeclampsia increases the risk of neonatal asphyxia.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
