Abstract
Le Livre blanc de la défense et de la sécurité 2013 définit pour les dix à vingt ans à venir la politique militaire et stratégique de la France. Il apparaît clairement qu’il est dans la continuité du Livre blanc 2007, marqué par l’option atlantiste/occidentaliste de Nicolas Sarkozy, et même l’accentue. La pleine intégration à l’OTAN dans le cadre de la nouvelle stratégie du Pentagone ; une politique de « sécurité » fondée sur des logiques interventionnistes ; la France, principale puissance militaire non africaine sur le continent africain ; le Moyen-Orient et même l’Asie orientale définis comme des théâtres d’intervention potentiels ; une projection comme deuxième puissance maritime mondiale. Cette politique de défense de François Hollande est aventuriste et irréaliste.
