Les stages en milieu de pratique occupent une place importante dans la formation des futurs enseignants au Québec. Ceux-ci sont encadrés par un enseignant associé, mais aussi un superviseur universitaire afin de favoriser les liens théorie-pratique. Nous en savons toutefois très peu sur la pratique des superviseurs universitaires en matière d’accompagnement des stagiaires dans le développement des compétences, notamment la compétence à planifier les activités d’apprentissage. La présente étude présente les pratiques déclarées des superviseurs durant un groupe de discussion à ce sujet. Les résultats présentent des pratiques et des visions qui sont convergentes entre elles, des tensions émergent dans les pratiques nommées, entre autres, en ce qui concerne les planifications et leur format et les attentes de maitrise chez les stagiaires.
