Abstract

La relation dans les métiers adressés à autrui se caractérise par une incertitude. La relative indicibilité de leur action professionnelle contribue à leur relégation partielle du côté de l’art ou à une certaine invisibilité de leur production. Le présent article cherche à réfléchir la didactique professionnelle du point de vue de la dimension relationnelle à partir du champ du travail social, dont l’homologie est grande en termes de positionnement dans le champ professionnel avec celui de l’enseignement. Après avoir présenté quelques fondamentaux de la professionnalité, et effectué une analyse de la relation dans les métiers concernés, nous proposons un énoncé théorique permettant de réfléchir, à partir de la didactique professionnelle, la dimension épistémique de la relation en tant que caractéristique centrale de la professionnalité.
