Abstract

La présente étude, de nature exploratoire, expose les divers aspects positifs issus du confinement lié à la pandémie de la COVID-19 au Québec. Une trentaine d’entretiens informels ont été effectués pour étudier ces perceptions. En somme, les individus ont observé des changements positifs quant à leur rapport à la consommation, leur comportement alimentaire, leur rapport au temps, leur mobilité, leur équilibre personnel, leurs liens communautaires, leur capacité de résilience et leur littératie numérique. Néanmoins, le temps passe et ces aspects positifs, s’ils ne sont pas activés ou préservés, pourraient s’estomper. Si tel est le cas, il ne sera plus possible de s’appuyer sur ceux-ci pour transformer la société vers une gestion bienveillante et le développement des capacités d’apprentissage des organisations. Malgré une intervention rapide et financière des gouvernements, il ne semble pas y avoir de mécanismes mis en place de manière concomitante pour susciter des transformations (p. ex. : l’adaptation des services de restauration, les formations pour les chômeurs, etc.). Ainsi, nous souhaitons mettre en lumière le côté positif du confinement pour encourager les acteurs de la société à se mobiliser en vue de devenir plus résilients et innovateurs dans leurs pratiques pour contribuer au développement de la « nouvelle normalité » ou faire face à de nouvelles vagues ou crises.
