Abstract
Strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) chemistry enables efficient “plug and play” assembly of macromolecules, allowing access to numerous polymer architectures. This review highlights recent applications of this chemistry in polymer and materials science, and demonstrates the utility of these efficient reactions in both fundamental studies and practical applications.
