Ce rapport a pour objectif de dresser un portrait des réutilisateurs du portail des données publiques ouvertes de la Ville de Montréal. Il s’agira, d’une part, de revenir sur les principaux écrits portant sur les données ouvertes en général et leur utilisation, et d’autre part, de détailler la nature, le contenu et le portrait des différentes demandes réalisées en lien avec le portail des données ouvertes entre 2016 et 2019. Il sera également question de réaliser des entrevues semidirigées avec les réutilisateurs, de creuser le type d’impacts et la valeur d’usage des données
\nouvertes pour chaque catégorie de réutilisateurs, ainsi que de comprendre la chaîne de traitement
\ndes données opérée.
